Cosi

A few months ago, I went to the free admition Cosi event. We have a Cosi up where I am from, so I thought I knew what to expect; however, the Cosi here in Columbus was very different than the one I used to visit when I was younger. This Cosi had a really cool ocean like area complete with a submarine like simulation. I wish it wouldn't have been so crowded, because I had a hard time seeing everything I wanted to. The space section of Cosi was one of my favorite parts. There, you could learn about how rockets work and even see a model of a space shuttle's living quarters. My favorite part of Cosi was the Imax theater. It was the first time I had ever seen an Imax movie, and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend heading to Cosi when you are looking for something fun to do on a lazy weekend afternoon.

  1. I hadn't been to COSI since I was a ten year old in the fifth grade. When I found out that we had free admission, I was really excited. I went with my roommates and we had a great time meandering through all the exhibits. It was a major flash back for me and it was so fun to make new memories there to replace and refresh some of the old ones. I had just as much fun as I had when I was younger. It was insanely crowded which was somewhat overwhelming, but it was still bunches of fun.

  2. Both the buses and the exhibits at COSI were way too overcrowded for me and it was really hard to enjoy all that COSI has to offer. My family has a seasonal pass to COSI, so I have been there numerous times and this time was much less enjoyable. If there had been less people there, I think it would have been more fun for me and everyone there.

  3. This Cosi trip was the first time that i had been to Cosi. I heard people back home talk so highly of it, but i never actually went there. I went to the Carnegie Science Museum back in Pennsylvania and Cosi seemed pretty similar to it. Some of the exhibits seemed cool, but a lot of them were not completely open to the public. We saw one of the shows that had to do with noise and gases and it was interesting but it seemed more for younger children. It was really crowded in the museum, so it was hard to enjoy plus we had to do what the rest of the group wanted to do and that also made it hard to enjoy everything. The OSU jugglers were pretty cool and it seemed like little kids were throughly enjoying it and was I for the most part.
