8th Floor Improv

I went to the Eighth floor Improv. I thought it was pretty funny and it was ok. It was nice to have entertainment for the night. Really enjoyable.

  1. I don't like improv comedy. It's not funny. I make no apologies; it really is terrible. It almost always comes off as forced. With that being said, 8th Floor Improv did a good job relative to their counterparts in improv comedy. Their three part act had some funny parts. Two members in particular struck me as particularly talented, but I can't remember their names.

  2. It was quite hilarious at some point, but at the same time, you could tell which actors had a real knack for comedy and which ones didn't. The last two members were the most hilarious and most talented like Eli said. But, I hadn't laughed that hard since we went to the Chicago trip and saw a group like that as well.

  3. I completely agree, the Improv comedy show was a really entertaining night and it was fun to share that experience with all of the fellow humanities scholars! Some of the guys were pretty funny and others seemed quite awkward. After the Improv show, I went with a few people to get some food on High St. and three of the guys from the show were inside Buckeye Donuts so we stopped by and talked with them for a little while and they were very nice and cool guys. Overall the show was really fun!!

  4. I actually really enjoy 8th floor improv.. I've been to almost every single one of their performances this year! I think this performance had it's dull moments, but the ending act was ridiculously hilarious! I laughed so hard, they definitely did a great job and thanks so much for having them perform for us! Great experience and I hope to have them with us again soon!
