Market at The Wexner Center

In Mid- October, I ventured, with Andrew, to The Wexner Center Farmers' Market, in search of locally grown fruits and vegetables. To my surprise, there was little there to see. There was one booth of organic vegetables, one of homemade, organic breads, and one marketing the student advocacy group, Oxfam. While I didn't spend much time there, I did stop to talk to the student group and the baker. I also bought some vanilla bean flavored bread and a chocolate croissant. Yum :)

  2. I attended the Market and came away a little disappointed. I grew up on a farm and enjoy fresh vegetables, fruits, and anything homemade. However there didn’t seem to be much of a selection to pick from. Perhaps it was because I was a little late. Never the less I expected a bit bigger selection and more items to choose from. I did try the peanut butter brownies Gwen mentioned. They were good! Hopefully next time I get to the market earlier and can get some fresh produce.
