Treat the Hungry

Waaaay back in October, I participated in the Treat the Hungry food drive on Halloween. I was honestly surprised about the warm reception that we received. The people at Hillard gave my group so many canned and nonperishable goods that we had to unload all of them with Ben and Daniel twice before the night was over. I thought that it would be difficult to explain to the community that we were students at OSU and not weird kids pulling a prank or something, but it couldn't have been a more smooth or pleasant of an experience. It's really nice to think that OSU has the support of its surrounding communities no matter what the cause.
