Potluck and Movie Night!

Last Wednesday I attended the potluck and movie night. Not too many people came, but that was their loss because I got to eat even more Cane's, cookies, cupcakes, chips, pretzels, and much more (I know people will go next year now that they know what they missed!). We watched "The Prestige," a movie about 2 magicians who are essentially fighting it out to be the best at what they do and royally mess up the other's life.  People die, get their fingers blown off, create cat clones... what more could you want from a movie? Everyone should attend next year! Maybe we'll get lucky and have another one spring semester!

  1. I too attended the Potluck and movie night! It was a great time! There was plenty of food and great variety! We watched "The Prestige" which I had never seen before. The movie was about two magicians who were basically trying to out do each other to the point of ruining each others lives. I hope we have another potluck and movie next semester!

  2. The food was the movie was good and I got to see some people I haven't seen in awhile so it was fun. The funny thing about the movie was before it started people were telling me about it and I kept saying I've never seen it, I've only vaguely heard of it.....20 seconds into the movie I remembered I have seen it and I could even remember the ending....cannot believe I forgot.

  3. The food was great... Cane's is always good. I didn't get to stay for the whole movie but what I saw was really interesting. I had never seen or heard of it. I was hoping to learn some magic tricks but they were way to advanced for me. I would love to see the ending.
