Scavenger Hunt
I really enjoyed the Mentor Scavenger Hunt. I liked spending time with my roomies and mentors. I got the chance to see many parts of OSU that I probably would never see or know about unless I was on the scavenger hunt. We learned a lot about each other and it was a great time to just hang out. It was pretty fun to do great competition. I learned a lot about certain buildings and traditions. Overall, it was a great OSU/Scholars experience.

ReplyDeleteI thought the scavenger hunt was a lot of fun. Our Mentor, Leotie, was pretty awesome, and she always had things to say to us about the buildings we passed by. I learned more about the library, where the computer labs were, some history about the Oval and Mirror Lake, and where to go if I'm injured. We also got to eat popsicles afterwards, and that made all the walking totally worth it. In short, my group and I had a great time on the scavenger hunt. We can't wait to beat the other Mentor groups in the next big thing. Go group 15!
ReplyDeleteI attended the scavenger hunt last Sunday . It is my fist time to accomplish something with my roommates and mentors, which is quite a new and precious experience . Besides, I learnt a lot about our school's history and the locations of some important buildings. I was glad to find where RPAC is since I would attend a session the next day but I still did not know its' location until the scavenger hunt. In a word, I appreciate joining the scavenger hunt and I will keep the photo our group took during the hunt as a great memory~
ReplyDeleteI loved the scavenger hunt! It was really cool to get to know my mentors and roommates better; which was really important the first couple weeks of school. I loved learning about the history about some of the campus buildings; it was all really interesting and helps to remember the names. The weather was perfect too!
ReplyDeleteThe mentor scavenger hunt was a fun way to get to know our mentors, as well as learn about different places around Ohio State! It was my first time getting to go up to the highest floor of the library, and the view was just amazing! I also got to see buildings that I might not end up exploring on my own, such as Orton Hall, and got to learn about the history of different places on campus as well.
